Phase 3: Planning & Continuous Improvement
We initiate the task of managing the process by developing a budget and plan for a hardware upgrade. An outline of goals and priorities is created. A final budget for continuous improvement projects is established. We then proactively identify goals and needs to ensure reliability, predictability and efficiency in the budget and operations. Quarterly business reviews are held to review work performed. Short and long-term plans are discussed as well as reports provided to show completed tasks and to assist with decision making.
